In QDC we provide the Gap Analysis in 3 simple steps – GAP.
1.Gather Information: 

As Management Consultants, we try to understand the requirement and purpose of the Gap Analysis by meeting the Top Management and designing the Gap Analysis Tools i.e. Questionnaire , Background Research etc.

The vision of the organization and its goals are clearly understood. 

2.Analyse present practice :

We use simple and effective tools to identify the Gaps in the system. A team will carry out the exercise with the help of the process owners within the Organization. The methodology includes;

♦  Review of documented system
 
♦  Review of processes.
 
♦  Review of marketing and business improvement strategies.
 
♦  Interviews with staff members and process owners.
 
♦  Review of sample process cycle (from client enquiry –delivery)

The information is processed to highlight areas of concern. 

3.Provision of Solutions:
 
Once the Gap Analysis is conducted, reports are generated based on the organization and its purpose. The document usually includes an Introduction, purpose of   Gap Analysis study , the analysis methodology and conclusion. The Gap Analysis reports are custom made based on the requirements of client and its implementation schedules.
