In the preparation phase the consultant select the type of flow charting to be used and the methodology along with processes for study.

Gathering Information:

During this process the information required for the constructing flow chart will be collated. This stage involves deployments of team with formats and questionnaire for the required processes. Processes will be reviewed on actually practice and information collected.

Constructing Flowcharts:

Based on the data and information collected the flowchart will be constructed. The type of flowchart will help combine the presentation of processes. Once finalized the flowcharts is reviewed by the  process owners for final approval prior to process improvement.

Process Improvement:
